Itinerary 

Day 1
Bhubaneswar - Puri (69km - 2hrs) ▲

On arrival in Bhubaneswar, drive to Puri and check in at the hotel. Later, proceed for an excursion to the Konark Sun Temple. In the evening, visit the Jagannath Temple before returning to Puri for an overnight stay.

Day 2
Puri - Chilika Lake - Puri (97km - 13hrs) ▲

After breakfast, go on an excursion to Chilika Lake, Asia's largest brackish water lagoon, which attracts one million migratory birds. As you reach the lake, witness the scenic view of the lake and enjoy boating to Satapada Island to view the famous Irrawaddy dolphins and other migratory birds. Later, proceed to Raghurajpur, a heritage craft village known for its Pattachitra art. Return to Puri for an overnight stay.

Day 3
Puri - Bhubaneswar (69km - 2hrs) ▲

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Bhubaneswar. En route, visit Pipili Village, Shanti Stupa (Peace Pagoda), Rajarani Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Brahma, and also Lingaraj Temple. Later, visit the Khandagiri and Udayagiri caves, which are must-sees. On arrival in Bhubaneswar, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4
Bhubaneswar - Ratnagiri (86km - 2hrs) ▲

After breakfast, drive to Ratnagiri and check in at the hotel. Later, proceed to visit the Archaeological Museum in Ratnagiri, mainly related to Buddhism, ranging from the 5th to the 13th century AD. The majority of these antiquities, especially the elegant stone and bronze sculptures, belong to the tantric Buddhist Vajrayana sect. Overnight at Ratnagiri.

Day 5
Ratnagiri - Bhitarkanika (100km - 3hrs) ▲

After breakfast, drive to Bhitarkanika and check in at the hotel. Later, proceed to Bhitarkanika National Park which is home to more than 215 species of avifauna, including eight amazing varieties of kingfisher, which makes it a hotspot of biodiversity. It is also home to the largest population of giant saltwater crocodiles. Also visit Gahirmatha, the largest nesting beach for olive ridley sea turtles.Overnight at Bhitarkanika.

Day 6
Bhitarkanika - Bhubaneswar (168km - 5hrs) ▲

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bhubaneswar to catch the flight home.
