Report to Dehradun Airport by 8 am. Board vehicles waiting to be driven straight to Barsu in the valley of the Bhagirathi, which takes about 6 to 7 hours. Stay in Barsu for the night.

After breakfast, start the trek to Barnala Bugyal. The climb is a moderate one with intermittent ascents. Cross a dilapidated Gujjar hut right after the forest clearing, then climb a short distance to the Barnala Meadows. Stay overnight at Barnala Bugyal camp.

The trek for Dayara Bugyal begins today. Get a magnificent view of the Bandarpoonch peak (6316 m) while on the trek, and soon approach the campsite. Stay overnight at Dayara Bugyal camp.

Leave after an early meal and walk on the trail leading to Bakaria or Siyari Top. The trek goes through the meadows and is mostly gradual all the way to the top. Trek back to camp at Dayara Bugyal in the late afternoon and stay the night there.

Walk back all the way to the hotel in Dayara in Barsu to spend the night.

In the morning, drive back to Dehradun to head home.
