Itinerary 

Day 1
Prayagraj (Allahabad) ▲

Pick up in Prayagraj (Allahabad) and drive to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel in Prayagraj (Allahabad). Later, visit the Triveni Sangam, known as the confluence of the rivers Yamuna, Ganga, and Saraswati. Also visit Shankar Viman Mandapam and Lalita Devi Mandir, the two prominent temples considered to be one of the Shakti Peeth temples in India. Overnight stay at Prayagraj (Allahabad).

Day 2
Prayagraj (Allahabad) - Varanasi (122km - 3hrs) ▲

After breakfast, drive to Varanasi. In the Rigveda, the city of Varanasi is called Kasi or Kashi, The Luminous One. On arrival in the late afternoon, check into the hotel. Visit the Manikarnika Ghat and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and then attend the aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat in the evening. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

Day 3
Varanasi - Sarnath - Varanasi (19km - 1hr) ▲

Early in the morning, take a boat ride on the Ganges. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, start the city tour by covering Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, which is located on the Assi Ghat, and visit Kaal Bhairav and Mrityunjay Mahadev Mandir (a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva), located on the way from Daranagar to Kaal Bhairav Temple, followed by an excursion to Sarnath. Lord Buddha chose Sarnath to deliver his first sermon. The Deer Park, Chaukhandi Stupa, Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandhakuti Vihara Temple, and Ashoka Pillar are the main attractions in Sarnath. Return to Varanasi by evening and relax. Overnight atay at Varanasi .

Day 4
Varanasi- Bodh Gaya (271km - 7hrs) ▲

After breakfast, proceed for Bodh Gaya. Arrive and check into the hotel at Bodh Gaya. Visit the temple complex that contains the Mahabodhi Temple with the Vajrasana Throne (also known as the Diamond Throne), the holy Bodhi tree, the Lotus Pond containing a beautiful statue of meditating Lord Buddha sitting on a snake coil protected by its hood, and Animesh Lochana Chaitya, where Lord Buddha spent 7 days after his enlightenment looking at the Bodhi tree. Also visit Sujata Kuti Stupa and Pragbodhi Cave (also known as Mahakaaala Cave), where Lord Buddha practised extreme austerities.Overnight stay at Bodh Gaya.

Day 5
Bodh Gaya - Rajgir (71km - 2hrs) ▲

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Rajgir. Rajgir is a place of great significance for Buddhists as well as Jains. Lord Buddha spent several months meditating and preaching at the Gridharkuta, the site where he expounded the precepts of his Lotus Sutra and the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra. Sightseeing at Rajgir covers the Vishwa Shanti Stupa, Hot Springs, Gridhakuta Hill, Bimbisar Jail, and other Jain and Buddhist monuments. Overnight stay at Rajgir.

Day 6
Rajgir - Nalanda - Patna (102km - 3hrs) ▲

After breakfast, proceed to Patna and, en route, visit the ruins of the Nalanda University Archaeological Complex and the Nalanda Archaeological Museum. After that, drive to Patna to head home.
